Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refunds

Payments for subscriptions and creator bookings are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the creator's individual policy. If you believe a charge was made in error or there was a technical failure on our platform, please contact our support team.

If a creator cancels a booked session, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
